City of Oxford issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.

Happy Holidays! 

City of Oxford offices will be closed for the Christmas Holiday on Thursday (12/22), Friday (12/23), and Monday (12/26). Normal operating hours will begin at 8:30 am on Tuesday (12/27).
