On Friday, Feb. 28, former South Granville High School standout Georgia Preddy’s current college team, the USC Upstate Spartans, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the St. Bonaventure Bonnies.

The game took place at Terry Field. This was their first matchup against the Bonnies this season.

The Upstate Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 10 a.m. at Terry Field against Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles.
