On Monday, Feb. 17, former South Granville High School standout Georgia Preddy’s current college team, the USC Upstate Spartans, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Canisius Golden Griffins.

The game took place at Cyrill Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Golden Griffins this season.

The Upstate Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 1:30 p.m. at Cyrill Stadium against Eastern Kentucky Colonels.
