Maria Parham Health has announced the addition of Jessica Deal, an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, to its Wound Center team. With over 30 years of nursing experience, Deal is recognized for her work in wound and ostomy care.
Deal obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University in 1992. Her career is distinguished by patient care excellence, clinical leadership, and specialized wound management. She is a Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN), showcasing her proficiency in treating complex wounds using evidence-based practices.
Deal has worked in various healthcare settings, including Maria Parham GI Associates and Carolina GI Associates in Henderson. Her focus remains on individualized treatment plans and promoting healing through innovative techniques and collaboration.
