On Sunday, Feb. 9, former South Granville High School standout Georgia Preddy’s current college team, the USC Upstate Spartans, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Monmouth Hawks.

The game took place at Cyrill Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Upstate Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 1:10 p.m. at Cyrill Stadium against IUPUI Jaguars.
