On Thursday, Feb. 27, former South Granville High School standout Paige Strickland’s current college team, the Francis Marion Patriots, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Limestone Saints.

The game took place at Jimmy Martin Field. This was their second matchup against the Saints this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at Whitley Softball Field against Catawba Indians.
