On Saturday, March 1, former South Granville High School standout Georgia Preddy’s current college team, the USC Upstate Spartans, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles.

The game took place at Terry Field. This was their first matchup against the Screaming Eagles this season.

The Upstate Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3 p.m. at Terry Field against Youngstown State Penguins.
