On Saturday, March 1, former South Granville High School standout Paige Strickland’s current college team, the Francis Marion Patriots, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Catawba Indians.

The game took place at Whitley Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Indians this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 4 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium against Barton Bulldogs.
