City of Creedmoor issued the following announcement on July 20.
Public Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held remotely by the City of Creedmoor Board of Commissioners for consideration of the following master sign plan.
MSP-2020-01: South Granville High School (SGHS) proposes new LED signs incorporated into the existing brick and wood sign on E. Wilton Ave. / NC Hwy 56. The proposed signs exceed limits of the Creedmoor Sign Regulations (Article 17 of the Creedmoor Development Ordinance) for the subject property (Map# 089615549039) at 701 N. Crescent Dr.
The public hearing will be held as part of the regular agenda on August 3, 2020. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. through the Zoom conferencing application. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing guidelines, the public will be able to attend the meeting online and via telephone only. No in-person public attendance will take place at City Hall.
The public must contact the City Clerk in advance of the meeting at (919) 764-1010, or by email, to access the Zoom remote meeting information, or to submit comments regarding the proposed master sign plan.
