Granville Vance Public Health issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.
We would like to highlight our Granville Vance Warren Innovative Approaches program and ask for your assistance in this year's annual data collection.
Each year GVW IA hosts an annual data collection assessment on various topics to gather further information on services, challenges, and system changes needed to positively impact children and youth with special health care needs (target age group birth - 21).
This year they will focus on gathering information on the system of care for children and youth with special health care needs in our three-county area (Granville, Vance & Warren counties). Survey collection will end February 1, 2022.
