Public notice is hereby given that the Warren County Board of Adjustment will recall Case #: 21-APL-01 from the November 15, 2021 meeting on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Armory Civic Center, 501 US Hwy 158 Business E., Warrenton, North Carolina, to consider and act upon the following request:
An adjoining property owner, William Michael Hairston is appealing an administrative decision of the former Zoning Administrator on a site plan of which the Board of Adjustment approved a Conditional Use Permit. The Conditional Use Permit approval was for the Hubquarter Landing. The development is located in Lake Gaston off Eaton Ferry Rd onto Hubquarter Landing in the Hubquarter Subdivision in Warrenton NC. The property is zoned Residential Lakeside.
Copies of the appeal is available for public inspection during business hours (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) in the Planning & Zoning Office, 542 W. Ridgeway Street, Warrenton, North Carolina.
