Lake Gaston Regional Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Mar. 9.
Starting March 10th, our Maria Parham Health Dietary Team will be celebrating National Nutrition Month with A World of Flavors every Thursday at the Chef's Table in the MPH cafeteria. Each week we will be sampling dishes inspired by different cultures around the world along with cultural information and recipe cards to take home and try.
Our team will also help YOU celebrate National Nutrition Month by sharing this information on Facebook, complete with recipes and photos to inspire you to taste the World of Flavors! Keep an eye out for nutrition posts every Thursday, starting March 10th!
