Census Bureau reports Stem population was 1,169 in 2020

Stem had a population of 1,169 people in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Piedmont News.

The median age was 31, with 54.7 percent of the total population being female and 45.3 percent male.

The state's total population in 2020 was 10,386,227.
