City of Creedmoor recently issued the following announcement on Dec. 20.
As we reach the end of 2019 we wanted to take a breath and recap all the great progress that has been made this year in Creedmoor on four major projects! We wish everyone safe travels during the holiday season, and with that in mind, all construction related lane closures will cease between Saturday, December 21 and Wednesday, January 1.
We want to thank our partners at North Carolina Department of Transportation, Fred Smith Company, Harrod & Associates, North Carolina State Parks and Recreation, Summit Design and Engineering Services, Granville County Government, Visit Granville County NC, and so many others for their assistance with funding and construction of the NC-56 realignment, the Cross City Trail, the Creedmoor Community Center, and Lake Rogers Park.
Most importantly, we want to thank the citizens of Creedmoor for your support and patience! We would not be able to achieve these results without our community!
