City of Creedmoor recently issued the following announcement.
Coffee with a Cop Returns on Wednesday, March 4
Every month members of the Creedmoor Police Department, elected officials, and other members of the city staff get together with citizens over a cup of coffee to discuss what’s happening in our community. Coffee with a Cop is an excellent opportunity for residents to get to know the officers that serve and protect them, and allow our officers to meet with their community members on a more informal basis.
Join us at the Owl House Café (209 North Main Street) on Wednesday, March 4 at 8 a.m. as we continue this monthly tradition that helps bring our community and law enforcement together.
The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve by removing personal agendas and allowing opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood. This event is held nationally on the first Wednesday in October; however, the Creedmoor Police Department continues the community outreach program on the first Wednesday of every month throughout the year. Mark your calendar and join CPD for coffee and conversation.
Be sure to keep up with all the great things happening in your community! Sign up for e-notification, and follow the city on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
