Town of Stem issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
Gates open at 5 p.m. and the fireworks show starts at 8:00. Attendees are requested to bring a lawn chair/blanket, and a flashlight to get safely back to their vehicle. (No pets or alcoholic beverages allowed.). Everyone must be through the gates at 7:45 p.m.; no admittance after that time.
This event is presented by the City of Creedmoor and the Town of Butner, with support from Granville County, the City of Oxford and the Town of Stem.
