Town of Butner issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
The Town of Butner seeks a Private Engineering Firm (PEF) to provide surveying, design, construction administrating, and inspection services for one sidewalk project.
The selected PEF will provide surveying, design and construction administrative services and inspections at every stage of the project to include maintain knowledge of project operation and safety issues, process all pay request, review contractor’s schedule of values as compared to work completed, maintain inventory of quantities of materials used, conduct field inspections, contract management and final review, and close-out of contracts.

Interested firms should submit their statement of qualifications on or before 2:00 pm November 30, 2021, electronically to tmarrow@butnernc.org.
