County of Vance issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
Faye Gill was honored on Oct. 29th for her 21 years of service as the Elections Director. She has been instrumental to the county, city and citizens with her expertise. In 2007, Faye earned the designation as a certified NC elections administrator. She will be greatly missed. Joining in the celebration are: Archie Taylor, Eddie Ellington, Ray Bullock and Jordan McMillen. We all wish her a well deserved retirement!
