Henderson Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
East Andrews Ave (NC-39 South) will be closed from Garnett Street to Pinkston Street due to a down line. DOT is in the process of repairing the issue and has placed detour signs to assist the traveling motorist. Please use caution in this area.
