City of Oxford issued the following announcement on Apr. 21.
The City of Oxford will be condensing yard waste, street sweeping, and bulky item collection days starting May 1, 2022. Furniture will be picked up on Wednesday only and the street sweeper will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. *Reminder ~ Per City ordinance leaves need to be BAGGED until October. The leaf truck will NOT operate until then. Please DO NOT put out piles of leaves as they will not be picked up.
