Calling all cleanup volunteers! APRIL 30: The Granville County Environmental Affairs Committee and Sound Rivers are hosting a Tar River cleanup in Oxford in memory of Marshall Floyd, a longtime Sound Rivers volunteer, member of the Environmental Affairs advisory committee, avid canoeist, environmentalist and more. Throw on some clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, and come on out to keep the trash from your beautiful waterways!
