The City of Creedmoor is currently recruiting for a planner. Creedmoor's population consists of 4,800 residents and is located approximately 20 miles North of Raleigh/RTP in Granville County, North Carolina.
The City of Creedmore is seeking a planner to perform planning and design work to interpret and administer city codes, regulations, standards, and plans.
The hiring range for this position is from @447,000 to $54,000.
Work is supervised by the Community Development Director and is evaluated through conference, performance reviews of work results obtained, and overall acceptance of the programs by residents.
