City of Oxford issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.
A whimsical, season of lights night is planned for the 17th Annual Lighting of the Greens and Christmas Parade.
This event is sponsored by the City of Oxford and its partner, the Downtown Oxford Economic Development Corporation (DOEDC).
